I use tweezers only they save me time.
Tweezers completely remove the hair where scissors only shorten it. Needle nose pliers might not fit into your nostrils.

My hubby uses one of those little battery operated nose hair clippers. They are really good. You can cut ear hairs with them too. I now told him what you asked and when I said tweezers he looked horrified. The pain, the pain! lol.

Just pull the hair on the top of your head and it will pull the nose hair right out of your nose(no tools required!)

Garden shearers, grass clippers and hedge clippers, nothing but the best for your nose hairs Phil! While you're at it, please trim the crazy eyebrows too!
