could have been early 90's actually, not too sure. All I remember about it is a young boy who befriends an alien, who is bald..and does a wierd thing with his hand, like when you put your forefinger and middlefinger together, and the same with your ring finger and pinkie...sorry for rambling on but its annoying me sooooooo much!!

There was a cartoon from the 80s called "the little green man", which was about a little alien befriended by a little boy called Skeets, and it had a little sidekick called Zoom zoom.
