I'm getting a lot of responses here on Y!A about using denture cleanser to clean my plastic retainer and keep it from discoloring. What brand is the best for this, and where can I find it (I'm in unfamiliar territory, here!)??

THE MOST POPULAR AND EASIEST TO USE IF 'EFFERDENT' TABLETS.
JUST PUT THE RETAINER INTO A SMALL BOWL,ADD WARM, NOT HOT,WATER AND DROP A TABLET.
LET SOAK OVERNIGHT, RINSE WITH TAP WATER AND YOUR GOOD TO GO.

I was just told to soak it in listerine for twenty minutes a day and brush it twice a day.

Ask your dentist/orthodontist! I'm surprised they didn't discuss this with you when you first got the retainer!
