I've had seizures since I was in third grade. I've been on three diffrent medicines and with 2 or 3 diffrent doctors. The thing is, back then they weren't bad at all, i just had a lot of them. Now I have two kinds and they have got to the point were if I drive or swim without life jacket, or climb trees, it could cost me my life. I was thinking about starting a seizure awareness thing at school. Do you think I should? A lot of people wouldn't know what to do in that situation. Also, could my period be added on to the list of causes for me? please help!

Starting an awareness campaign is an excellent idea. You might also consider getting an emblem that indicates you have seizures, such as a MedicAlert bracelet or necklace. Check out http://www.medicalert.org for details on that. You put your conditions and allergies, as well as some contact info - I have my parents, and two doctors. I don't have seizures, but I do have a condition where I see a neurosurgeon. I have him down as one of my medical contacts, the other is my regular physician.

A seizure awareness club might be a good thing.
My seizures were always increased around the time of my period. So yes, they can be affected.
Keep working with your docs. Keep a seizure journal.
Keep track of things you eat, daily activities, where you are in your cycle and when you have seizures....you might be able to see some triggers.
Look into a seizure response dog. My friend has one and it has really made a difference in her confidence. Sometimes these dogs can even learn to pick up on subtle indicators that you are about to have a seizure and warn you...but this is kind of rare and can't be trained.
good luck!

I don't know anything about seizures. But it seems like you need to find a good doctor and get all your questions answered. Don't be afraid to get second, third, or even fourth opinions if you can afford it. Also, I have found www.webmd.com to be a great resource for information.
