EVERYTHING!!
A guy shouldn't just focus on physical features, but lets face the facts, you have to be physically attracted to a person.
But guys should also make sure a girl has a personality. If you tell a joke you think is funny, you should find a girl that laughs with you. I think you should also look for a girl with a brain that can think on her own. Cuz it could get boring making all the decisions and trying to get down to a level she would understand.

How does she carry and present herself. Is she open minded and friendly. Does her smile light up the room? Are her eyes something that you cannot tear away from? Are her lips full and broad? What is her reaction towards strangers approaching her? Last of all can you put all of your trust in her.
