you shouldn't be eating that few of calories period, that's a diet tip to live by. the body needs calories to function, when it doesn't get enough carbs to work properly it starts to break down the protiens that make up your muscles to compensate. Not only does this make you loose calorie burning muscle mass but it also produces harmfull ketone bodies that can have devastating effects down the line if it continues for too long. It's not the calories that you eat *within reason of course* its where they come from. try consuming whole grains, high fiber foods, monunsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which help to lower cholesterol and maintain a healthy excercise regime! that's really all you can do.

YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.
The Nazis fed their prisoners 600 Calories a day. You're barely over concentration camp levels.
STOP IT. CHANGE YOUR DIET.
You need to eat at least 1200 Calories if you are a fully grown adult. You don't say how old you are, whether you're M or F or what's your current BMI, so I can't estimate what you *do* require. But if you are an ADOLESCENT (between 12 and 22), your metabolism is going to be running high, so you will need more calories than a regular adult. You need the calories to fuel growth (height, boobs, pecs, biceps -- yes, you need to eat to grow them).
Ramp up your exercise to build muscle with weight training plus some cardio. Muscle burns energy faster and more efficiently than fat. It also looks better than just being skinny.

Bump up that calorie count to 1200. That is the number that your body requires to perform basic functions. Right now you are starving yourself. Don't obsess about calories as much as the food you are eating. You should be eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat breads), and lean protien. Keep the fat to a minimun and use good fats such as olive oil. Your body needs that good fats. Stuff yourself with vegetables. You won't be hungry and they have nothing in them but goodness.
