opposite sides of dice always add up to 7.
the 9 dice not showing two sides will be 7x9=63
+ the 5 on the opposite side of the 2 on the top die = 68.

All opposite sides of a die add up to 7.
You have nine with tops and bottoms only hidden so that makes 9 x 7 = 63
The top one shows 2 so the opposite must be 5
So 63 + 5 = 68
