I've eaten the stuff (about 2 months ago, when really desperate for a post-midnight snack) that said "Use-by April 2010". I used the 1000W setting on the MWO and shook, then flipped the bag to the 'wrong' side halfway through the cycle...there were only 5 or 6 un-popped kernels. A personal best, and probably a world record for microwaved popcorn! I don't suggest you try it, but I had no negative health consequences. You will DEFINITELY be 100% okay! Enjoy!

haha... it's PROBABLY okay to eat... especially since it's just popcorn... it's not like expired meat or milk, i think the expiration dates are really only on there for the stores to know when to sell the product by. and hey, i remember when my grandma ate a pringle that had expired a YEAR ago(really gross, I know).. and she's still living ..
