My mac crashed and whenever I login as master it locks up so I created a new standard account. That works fine. I need my projects from the master into my standard and turn my standard as master and delete my old master. How would I do this?

How did you manage to create a new account if your computer wouldn't run? I can only assume you meant "It often locks up" and you were still able to use it enough to create a new account. Otherwise, you would need to be at least a UNIX semi-pro to know how to get into single-user mode, delete the netinfo database and delete the applesetupdone file.

Let me make another assumption: by "master" account you mean the original admin account that was created by you or whomever first started the system and by "standard" account you mean a regular account without admin privileges. Then the new user can open the disk image (it will be found at Users > Deleted Users) and copy any of the files to the location of your choice... well, not into the Library folder or System folder. Although that is how it should transpire, you should be prepared for the unexpected such as everything goes bananas and all your data is lost. That's another way of saying computers will sometimes bite you in the ...
