well you probably have lost all water weight, if anything, and even that will come back as soon as you eat anything. Liquid diets are NOT the way to go and diet pills can have horrible side effects. Try eating healthfully instead.

The weight you have lost is 0g of fat.
Dont want to burst your bubble but... all you lose this way is water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism and then gain it all (if not more) back afterwards.
You can only lose fat by creating just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake while eating small, frequent meals.

as soon as you eat food again you will gain all the weight you lost plus a lot more back. fad diets never work. sorry.

IM THINKING ABOUT 2-3 POUNDS A DAY IF YOUR EXERCISING, IF NOT ....HMM MAYBE 1-2. GOOD LUCK
