there is a thing called water intoxication, but you would have to down over five gallons in eight hours to achieve that. Basically it dilutes your blood too much and creates a huge strain on the kidneys.

There was a contest on the radio to see who could drink 2 gallons of water the fastest. This woman won and the next day she died. You can totally drink too much water.

You shouldn't be drinking more than 12 cups a day. Remember you get water from fruits and veggies, too.

surely water is realy good for our body health but lately i heard eat too much water gonna give a disease that giev you some problems in your brain!i think the name was brain sandrome or something like this.so my advise to you is that wenever you feel thirsty drink water, drink enough to satisfy your thirstiness specialy when you're doing sports but strongly avoid drink it too much like you've been forced to drink!and every night before sleeping drink 1 or 2 glass of water it makes you relax and make your sking looks much better!
good luck!

My coach says, "Drink water until you pee clear, then you know you have had enough." But, I haven't tried that because I am not the type to check my pee every time I drink water, but you can!
