Well, if you will believe the hype .... there is no 'fast' way to lose weight, it takes time because to do it properly involves a change in lifestyle and habits. You have to learn to know what foods suit you, you have to learn to prepare and like those foods (and they cannot be processed), and you have to eat them in sensible amounts.
A good plan is to do some exercise that gets you hot and sweaty and your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. Cycling 3 miles to the nearly railway station is good, or walking briskly to and from the shop that's a mile away. You could also do yoga and pilates, and basically get up and moving whenever you get the chance, when there's an energetic song playing on the radio for example.
I'm afraid there's no 'quick fix'. Sorry. Can't help you there. But do ignore the advice of future bulimics who tell you to stop eating - that doesn't work either.

Every exercises is good. But in order to loose weight repetition is really important. I will tell you to try running, but I know that he majority of people doesn't like it, so maybe you will. Or try the climbing stair for at least 30 mn every da or every 5 days. To loose weight you need to be be patint, and you have to know that it will not come in a day, or one week. So the first thing you should to is to commit yourself to be healthy, and work out. As long as you will do it you will see the changes on your body. However, exercise only cannot make you lose weight. you can run 2 hours if you want, but if you don't eat right you are not gonna loose anything. so for beginners, run 30 mn a day, you can even start with 15mn, and eat right, eat right! Try to eat less a night, it will help you too. I hope I was helpful.
Now good luck.

Jog/Run on a treadmill no less than 5.0 - 5.5 MPH, or Power walk 4.0 MPH at a FULL INCLINE (15.0). Do it for at least 30-40 minutes. Also, slow down for a minute or 2 here and there during your workout to give yourself a break. And, just as important, monitor your calorie intake. I keep a log/diary of my workouts and food consumption, and it helps me stay on track greatly. I have had great results. Also, if you have health issues, you really should consult your physician before starting a diet/excercise program.

A good way to lose weight without it being dangerous I've learned is to drink ALOT of water and to also walk. Running is hard on your knees....but quick paced walking is simple and fun. The whole water thing is good b/c alot of the extra weight we have is cells starved from lack of water. And the water will really help revive skin too.......Good luck!!!!!!
