the judge said that I had to choices since I pleaded guilty if my parents cooperated, he could either suspend my license for 6 months or he would give my parents complete control of it for 6 months and I could go to school, games, etc? is there a legal term for this? and what is it? Can I drive wherever I want as long as I notify my parents and they are okay with it?

You are extremely lucky. I didn't even know there was a law covering that, and most likely there isn't. The Judge has more power than the DMV. Don't mess up. If you do, both you, and your parents are in trouble.

He just invoked parental control. If your parents are smart, they will use this to only let you drive when actually needed. If you have another ticket, they could also be held responsible.
