If you go to a Friendly’s Restaurant and asked them for a non-smoking table, and they told you to “Piss off, jerk… there aren’t any more!”, can you sue them for false advertising?

Several of you seemed like you didn'y get it.

The place is at FRIENDLY'S, yet they were'nt being very nice, so can they be sued for NOT being friendly? (as in, false advertising, or mis-representation)

No, because you have the option of waiting until a non-smoking table is available.
