If they aren't causing you any pain or problems, then you may not need to have them out. The reason lots of people have them taken out is that they don't have enough room in their mouth for them and when they start to come in they push the other teeth, causing pain and causing your teeth to go crooked. Your best bet is to ask your dentist next time you go in for a cleaning whether he thinks you need to have your wisdom teeth pulled. If you do he'll probably refer you to an oral surgeon. I'm guessing if your dentist hasn't said anything yet & you're feeling no pain you are probably not going to need them out.

Some never need them out, but if you are worried about it, see a dentist, or maybe check out any medical website for an answer.

If they're not giving you a problem, then you're probably ok. Check with your dentist at your next 6-month cleaning.

As long as they're not bothering you don't worry about. Alot of people don't have any problems until there 30's and 40's.

You need to go ahead and get them out. The longer you wait the worse it is, they will eventually cause you grief.
