I was raised Catholic, even though I always had questions about the faith. After so many "don't question God's work" answers, I began investigating for myself. I know the Bible inside and out and now I'm an atheist.

I was a Jehovah Witness at birth. When I was 6 or 7 we converted to Methodist. I was very active in the church until I was a teenager. Then I started to question the things I'd been taught.

I was raised Christian; specifically, the Church of Christ (that's what they called it, anyway...) There was no instrumental music of any kind allowed, but for some reason they thought grape juice and crackers could be substituted for the Biblical "bread and wine"; go figure!

Firstly Roman Catholic but after my mother died when I was 5 years old and my father remarried I was changed to Protestant Church of England.
In each case it was to match my current mothers' religion.
