Sylvia has help from something but it is from the opposite of God, for here is God's message on psychics, seers, sorcery, etc.:
Leviticus 19:26
-----------------------
YOU must eat nothing along with blood. “YOU must not look for omens, and YOU must not practice magic".
Deuteronomy 18: 10 - 12
-----------------------
There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah, and on account of these detestable things Jehovah your God is driving them away from before you.
Hope this has helped.

She is doing trade. She does now not see the harm she is doing through faking her psychic knowledge, she most effective sees the cash she is making. She is aware of she is false, and the truth that she permitted and hooked up a experiment with james randi after which refused to take it proves she is aware of she is faking it. However, she nonetheless has a cult following of men and women who will think some thing they see on TV if they're instructed to. The equal rationale John Edwards can break out with traditional bloodless studying on countrywide tv. Everyone attempts to investigate how he does it, does he have hidden mics listening in, does he tape for two hours and edit down the misses? Maybe, however quite all he's doing is traditional conman kind bloodless studying which has been performed for hundreds of years.

I watched a special on that nut job. She's a poor excuse for a human being. She's greedy, manipulative, and heartless. Ya know I don't care if she tells some chick that Aunt Tillie wants her to (beyond the grave) remember the Alamo.....or something sooo ridiculous. If I had a chance to talk to a loved one after my passing, it would be meaningful. And I wouldn't talk thru some overweight bleached blonde that sounds like she smokes a carton of smokes a day...I'd go thru Jonny Depp. ha. Literally. Back to my grievance. The show I watched told of her predictions to many heartbroken parents looking for their lost children. Sylvia would reassure them, even telling some their whereabouts...blah, blah. Only to find out later, those children had been dead since day one nowhere close to where it was predicted! How awful. She's great with psychology, human nature, and investigative sorts. But b.s. on her "gift".

Consulting horoscopes, astrology, palm reading, interpretation of omens and lots, the phenomena of clairvoyance, and recourse to mediums all conceal a desire for power over time, history, and, in the last analysis, other human beings, as well as a wish to conciliate hidden powers. They contradict the honor, respect, and loving fear that we owe to God alone.

She is a witch and worships either the Jinn or the Shayatan. Jinn are beings made of smokless fire and Shayatan are devils. That is how she gets her power. She's a fake. No one knows the past or future except God. We should do to her what was done to witches during the 1700s. I'm Muslim.

She's either crazy or extremely intelligent. I can't tell which. (And by intelligent, I mean crafty... Just look at the money she's pulling in!)
Either way, she's got some pretty crazy prophecies. I don't believe in them. Not to mention a poor track reccord.

Anything for a buck and some attention, I think. I believe in psychic abilities and that the dead can contact us sometimes. I just don't believe it's the province of "special" people with "special abilities."

I think she has the right idea about God but she loses me with the alien stuff.
Sylvia thinks that Jesus was the son of God and I don't, but the rest of her Gnostic beliefs are in line with mine.
