haha u are very funny r u a boy or girl? that depends sometimes...and puls ur parents were short so ur chances of becoming 6'1 are slim but then again ur not puberty yet. When puberty hits u may or may not have a growth spurt. Im guessing ur a boy from the way u talk and most boys do...have a growth spurt i mean...ima girl and my dad is 6'4 and im 5'10 and a half and im only 14...thats not good for a girl but if i was a boy...my little bro is gonna be 13 on halloween and hes already 5'7 (and hes not puberty yet) so i seriously seriously doubt ur going to be 6'1 coz u drink cokes too...caffeine stunts ur growth and is bad for u til u finish growing(fact not opinion)...anyways i hope this helped u. it was fun answering. oh and if u wanna be tall for basketball dont worry, it doesnt matter if ur tall or not, just dont get fat, start doing 20 push ups a night and work urself up tiul u get to 200. my little bros started doing 20 pushups a night at 5 and now at almost 13 and 12 they do 100 a night...my father does 250(he slacks off, he used to do 500)...this will help build up ur muscles. u should also do jumping jacks. it might look stupid as heck but it keeps ur legs strong. and dont look at some of those body builders and be immpressed. if u look strong but it wont help when u need it, whats the point in having it...? okay ive probely talked(wrote) ur eyes off, lol. buh bye. once again i hope i helped!^_^

You're certainly doing well with the diet, but try to eat less of the junk food. Plus you're drinking what you need, and taking your vitamins.

You've told us the genetics, so the chances are you'll be taller than 5 foot six, so I wouldn't worry about this. You're nearly 11, and everyone grows at different rates, don't forget this. I imagine that this time next year you will be at least 3 inches taller, if not more. Boys do tend to hit their growth spurt a bit later than girls, and some guys don't stop growing until they are in their early twenties.

You don't mention if you do any exercise, play any sports. This would be a good thing to do, because it would bring more oxygen to your cells, and encourage your muscles to develop and to use the vitamins more efficiently, and help you sleep at night, and it's when you sleep that your body grows.

However, if exercise is new to you, then it's a good idea to check with your doctor first.

Hi, No one can say how tall you will eventually be and 10 is a bit young to worry about it. You will continue to grow possibly until you are 20-21. You sound like you are trying to have good eating habits and that is good. While a can of Coke wont stunt your growth any, nutritionally all soda is a waste of time. You can drink all the water you want & milk & juice are good too. Just try to eat healthy and exercise and your hight will take care of itself. If somone in your family was over 6' you do have a chance.

My son asks the same things. He is the same age as you.

I will tell you this, you will have a growth spurt. You should drink some milk more often, as the calcium will strengthen your bones and help them grow. You are a kid, and you will grow. Nobody can tell you how tall you will turn out to be, but I would make an educated guess at 6'0" if you eat right.

Exercise right, stay active, but do not worry about it too much. You will be fine. You are a normal kid, and everything will be fine.

My complements, you have a very advanced vocabulary for a 10 year old. As for your height concerns, don't worry. You are male and will continue to grow for a very long time.

justed because your class is taller doesn't mean any thing. i mean i know this kid matt bulling that is like 4'10 and he's in the 7th grade. Also if you want to grow then eat healther like apples. if you cann't stop eating junk food. try running, and balancing out your diet

you will get taller, if not, its okay. i dont think your diet matters that much, just try to be healthy. one of my friends is probably as tall as you, and he is 13. he has learned to accept it, and you will too. since your only 10, you have plenty of time to grow!
