It is a good was to indulge once every so often. The eggo waffles are not that great for you... they are probably a refined carb (which means they will burn up quickly in your system, leaving you hungry sooner). They also do have some fat and they are hefty in carbohydrates, lacking protein.
Peanut butter is my all-time favorite food! But brands such as JIFF and Skippys are not healthy for you. They have saturated fats...even the oils that they use in the "all-natural Skippys" are artery-clogging.
The apple is pretty healthy.
My suggestion: Buy Kashi multi-grain waffles... they are DELICIOUS and really healthy and even high in protein!! or even multigrain eggos are alright. Buy some all-natural peanut butter, and check the label to make sure the only ingredients are peanuts, peanut oil and salt. The apple can stay!
Sounds yummy though! Enjoy... hope this helps.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day...it gets your metabolism started..but u don't want to have too much sugar because it just lets you down slowly.
The smear of peanut butter might not be the greatest idea though for a healthy breakfast. I don't think you should eat the eggos everyday. Try whole wheat toast instead...or a whole wheat cereal with your apples.......

Well, it sounds yummy and I wouldn't say it's unhealthy, but you might want to make it a little more well balanced by adding some egg whites for protein. Peanut butter has some protein, but not as much as what might be best to start your day. The Eggos have virtually no nutritional value to them, but like someone said above - it's better than nothing, which is what some people do.

Yeah it's fine. Breakfast is what fuels you for the rest of the day. It's not really that bad if you eat donuts and ice cream for breakfast. I mean you have the rest of the day to burn it off. But eating things with with good nutritional value will help you feel better.

OK but else do you eat in the rest of the day, It's EVERYTHING you eat and how much exercise you are taking. During WW2 the coal miners in the old Soviet Union were taking in 7,000 calories a day, but they never got fat as they busting a gut to get production up.

I wouldn't eat it every day. The PB and apples are fine. Remember, though, that two tablespoons of PB are considered a meat serving for the day. And depending on your age, your intake of meat should be no more than three servings.
