Well earlier today I was looking for my keys and it took me like several hours to find them and when I did I was so happy that I started to do like a victory dance and by all chances in the world a girl that I really liked was looking at me from outside and when I saw her she just had this look on her face that was like "omg he's nuts" so I do I explain it to her I mean the dance was pretty weird I have to admit but I was really happy!

I would look at u weird to, but i would be thinking omg he's so funny, weird but funny.
Weird is a good thing, it makes people laugh. You wouldn't want to be normal and fall into americans cookie cutter guy would u.. dare to be different and a little crazy.

just smear pudding on your face and do cartwheels up to her door and tell her that its not you, its just the squirrels juggling peanuts in your head that make you do the "i found my keys" victory dance!
Next time you talk to her, tell her about the situation. A funny story is always a good ice breaker. And that one is pretty funny!

Wow good luck, no matter what you say she isn't going to believe you whole heartedly LOL best bet is just act like nothing happened unless she brings it up to you, then explain it as you did here. Good luck!
