I like running - like fast- it gives me immense satisfaction and feeling that I am strong. Sometimes when I run real fast ... I really surprise my self and it feels great.

Running. I can't pace myself Jogging. besides I look goofy jogging and feel like I am really not doing any work. Walking is good for off days and warming up or cooling down.

I love running because 1. I get more exercise and 2. I am getting healthier, exploring the land and enjoying nature like we should instead of always just sitting in front of the TV. Running releases my stress and i always feel better after a long run.(not fast a normal run)

I ride my bike everywhere
I am a fast runner, but jogging is hard on the knees---my Dad was a long-distance runner for years and an avid jogger---now his knees barely let him walk. bicycling, walking, swimming and sex are my fave exercises---not necessarily in that order...

I would rather ride my road/mountain bike but if I must choose between these three, then running since I get a better cardiac workout from that.
