I havent been able to work regulary like I am used to and have noticed cold sweats and a lot of anxiety recently. A few friends of mine had there own input on their own experiences with my current symptoms. One person replied excessive build up of ear wax. Another replied possible high blood pressure, another replied possible muscle strain to the neck or vertibrate. Do any of these possibilities seem normal and/or do you think it could be serious enough to go to the emergency room. Has anyone ever been through this. PLEASE REPLY

You probably don't need to go to the emergency room but you should call your doctor and make an appointment.

When you change positions, your heart and blood vessels have to compensate to keep an even blood flow to your brain. As we age, this compensation occurs more slowly, so you can get lightheaded if you stand up quickly. It's a common age-related change, but the cold sweats and anxiety and fatigue are more concerning for heart disease. Maybe not the emergency room if this has been going on for weeks to months already, but see a doctor sooner rather than later to make sure your heart is ok.

Changes in blood pressure can cause dizzy spells, but you should visit your dr especially with the cold sweats and anxiety and dizzy spells.

I'm not sure but I have the same problem sometimes;esp. when I wake up.I don't think it warrants an emergency visit unless it gets really severe but what I would do is schedule an appointment with my doctor to do some blood tests & the like.

More than likely it is your blood pressure. If it was ear wax you would be dizzy even while standing.;
