First get tested for sperm count and vitality. If the difficulty is you, then locate a bright man with a family history of healthy, long lived people, see if you can talk him into helping. You will know the facial feature, it costs nothing, and the outcome (as you may say) is the same'
Insemination at a clinic costs a ton, and you have no idea what the doner looks like. If the problem is the wife, then only a surogate can help you.
