I have used Caesar and Ranch dressing when I ran out of mayo. It was pretty good. Gave the tuna a whole new flavour.

If you want the tuna salad effect without the mayo use milk ..yes MILK, and a lil bit of mustard (only a little so it wont overpower the taste). It wont be as thick but it still works.

Rachel Ray did a tuna fish baguette. (This was a couple years ago if I remember correctly.) I love it and make it often. All it is...is tuna, kalamata olives, canned (in water) artichoke hearts diced, thinly sliced red onion, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
You mix it all together and serve it with french bread. Its versatile...if you don't like olives, leave them out...if you don't like artichokes...leave them out. Its a bit more figure friendly since it leaves out the artery clogging mayo and swaps it with a 'good fat' which is olive oil.

I like using Thai chili paste to cut the mayo, but you can substitute with dressing

Mustard is good. Balsamic vinegar is also pretty tasty as long as you only use it lightly. Both are pretty low cal.
