America has more people in it than just Christians. We are a wonderfully diverse nation. We don't just have people here that follow the Christian God. Also, there are many people that love this country that live here that are NOT Christians. If you are meaning other countries that hate this country, it has much more to do with political power and our military force than anything to do with Christianity. Besides, this is a secular government -- not a Christian government.

That is quite a statement isn't it! Once again there is a judgement here/ You only see that Christians love America because you are a Christian, I think!. I know Muslims who love America, and Jewish people love America, otherwise they wouldn't have moved here, most of them.
I am sorry, but living in a Country other than America I am sad for all the negativity, dishonesty, prejudice, bigotry. hate,
etc. that seems to be lifting its ugly head in America these days. BUY I do not hate Americans for it. I see only that I am glad I am not living there at this particular time. Since I myelf do not live around such a negative mess.

It is kind of hard to answer this question on account of the fact that none of it is true. Christians are NOT the only people who love America. Followers of other religions do NOT necessarily want to destroy America. Being that neither of those ideas you put forth are true, I am afraid there really is no answer to the questions. In fact, I would suggest that anyone who excludes followers of other religions from belonging to America is actually the one guilty of hating freedom. Freedom includes EVERYBODY, or by definition it isn't freedom, it is oppression.

It's because they hate American biggots. They hate America interfering with other's lives, thinking that the American way is the only civilized nation. How would you like it if some big country looked down on your's, called your home a third-world barbaric wasteland, and had wide and greedy eyes on your oil supply. How would you like it if a country brutaly steroytyped your people, calling each and every single one of them "terrorists"? How would you feel if you couldn't have nuclear weapons, but "they" could because they "feel" they can? How would you feel if someone stormed and raided your homeland, looking for "weapons of mass destruction", found 0, and STILL went to war. America was angry and wanted to cause pain and suffering for a certain ethnic group. They weren't thinking strait... they just wanted revenge. Thousands of lives were lost in 9/11, but MUCH more pain and suffering is happening overseas. I think the "revenge" people can call it even now...
Why are we at war with the Iraqi people? They make it seem like the WHOLE country is out to get America, but in reality, there are as many terrorists in Iraq as there are KKK members in America. Terrorism is EVERYWHERE.
Besides, I don't think Christians and Muslims get along anyways. Some ancient grudge from thousands of years back that they just need to let go of. America, no matter how you look at it, was founded on Christianity. So there.

im a pagan. christians run america. thats that. i hate living in america, but its still the best country there is to live in. there is no such thing as a perfect country. the christians just choose the country they live in and can rule. but i have no intention of destroying america. just taking it over.
edit: apparently after reading the other answers, christians arent allowed to love america? that makes no sense. what the hell is christianity teaching people? im happy i got out when i did.

Christian's love America the way 5-year-olds love their mommies. Anyone who disagrees with mommy must be evil and bad. Liberals love America the way adults love. They know that if you love something you must tend to it and admit when a mistake is made. They know that some things America does needs to be improved. That is loving America, because that is how you should love anything. Wanting what is best for that person or thing.

What people who do hate America hate about us is that we've gone around the world destroying other countries, and other people's lives.

The Christians "love" America so much, they're trying to take away the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and replace it with a theocracy... they "love" America sort of the way Hitler "loved" Jews, or Stalin "loved" the Russians he sent to Siberia... that kind of "love" we can do without!!!

I am Christian ,and I have to say that we are not the only ones that love America. I want to see this country thrive, wisen up, and grow in knowledge so we will be much less ignorant as a whole. There are many other faiths that love our country because that's what we all share, is our country, the love for our country.
