One of the many versus that I'm sure that everyone has shared with you is John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave He gave His one and only son that WHOEVER (anybody, everybody, all) believes in Him will not perish (eternally die) but have everlasting life."
The Bible is actually full of affirmations that Jesus came to save EVERYONE... anyone who wants to have a passionate relationship with Him and want to have a changed life.

Yes it does. I actually just read this in my reading last night. In John 3:16, Jesus says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that WHOEVER believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." He said whoever, meaning anyone. He goes on to say in John 3:17-18, "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son." In conclusion, yes Jesus did say salvation is available to all. It is up to each of us to accept this wonderful gift that was been offered to us.

John 3:16 is very common...For God so loved the world(people)that He gaved his only begotten son that whososever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Romans5:8 But God commendeth his love towards us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us
