In my dream I am Christina renee constatine, I live in the early 1800s, My dream is very specific to the time and place, I have the gift of sight, but people are afraid of me, they called me a witch, about then I wake up, and I have this feeling of being drugged and it usually last for a couple of days, I can't shake the feeling that something is going to happen-but I dont know what, Ive seen objects in my dreams that are fleeting, like a picture of someone I should know but can't reconize, there are people in my dreams I have never seen before, and something bad is happening to them, I can't stop it, I see it happening to them and I cant move to stop it. you wanted to know what they are like I told ya, now try to fiqure it out for me, cause I'm dumb-struck

Can't answer why, but can say that they do happen.
Mine were usually warnings about boyfriends cheating before I knew about it. They were always true.
I have had several about missing people, but have been afraid to say anything to authorities as I would feel like a crackpot. One I know was true as the facts turned out as I saw.
The other, the girl has never been found.

You should try posting the recurring dream, so people can look at it.......I don't quite understand what you are asking here.... dreams come from the subconscious.....sometimes people have a problem learning to handle a gift of prophetic dreaming, but most of the time when someone posts a dream on here and want to know if it's prophetic, it isn't really........
Ladyn, if you have a lead on a case, no matter how bizaare the source, you should report it, even if you only do so anonymously. If you're wrong, fine, then you'll be one of thousands of anonymous crack pots, the police filter through on a daily basis, but if you're right about it, don't you think the victims families would want to know for sure where thier child or whoever is?
Alot of police departments employ psychics when they run out of ideas, if you have information that might help them in a case they're currently working on, you should send it to them......... Even so, boyfriends send off signals that they are cheating, that we can pick up unconsciously, you probably really "knew" long before someone actually told you, but didn't want to acknowledge the signs....
Edit on your additional details: That doesn't sound like a prophetic dream, it sounds like a very detailed past life memory. To actually remember your name, time, and place is very detailed indeed. Perhaps you should try searching to see if you can find someone by that name who lived at the time you indicate, and see if you can find out any facts about her life........

I don't know if it means anything for the future or if it really happened in the past but many great authors admitted that their hugely popular novels came from a dream sometimes almost in their entirety. I think you should at least turn it into a short story. Who knows? maybe we'll be watching the movie version in a few years!
