Firstly, a guy cannot improve his anatomy, at least not the anatomy you're talking about. Secondly, there are ways to get someone to learn how to do things you like in the bedroom and nice ways to suggest things without fearing any 'retribution'
EDIT - to princess, you two are supposed to please each other. Sex isn't something you're supposed to be self-centered about. And a lot of women have said they've gotten more pleasure from being on top.

I would honestly say most men I have been with could work on their oral techniques. They need to realize that they can't just dive in and go to town. they need to be sensitive and search their way around a little more cautiously.
