Indifference.
I just don't think our intellectual propositions, stored in our physical brains, will mean a thing when our bodies lie in the ground and our eternal spiritual energy continues on. I am far more interested in convincing people that loving others is good and mistreating them is bad in the here and now, and that this will ultimately prove to be the most important thing when we reach whatever is hereafter.

I don't usually "try to convince" anyone of God's existance. I have witnessed to people who didn't feel what I was saying but a recent experience showed me that even if all I do is witness by example and plant the seeds, God will water them and they will eventually bloom. I have a friend who was agnostic (after being raised Catholic) who really seemed to be angry with God more than thinking He wasn't there. We've known each other for years, but I have never tried to "convince" her of God's existance, I've just been myself and occasionaly witnessed to her as I would to anyone else. Because of some experiences she's had lately coupled with the seeds I've planted, she now believes in God again! I know, now that God is going to move whether I get up in arms about something or not, so why worry?

It's not my job to convince anyone that God exists. It is God who initiates a relationship with us, so it doesn't fall to me to convince anyone. No one can come to God unless He is called. It's all in God's timing. Therefore, it does nothing to my emotional experience when someone doesn't believe based on my debate skills.

Although I try only to show the love of Christ, I "never" try to convince anyone of God's existance.... I have experienced an overwhelming sense of grief and loss for those who do not believe. The scripture "...that none should perish but have eternal life in Him" has become very real to me. So much so that I can feel a small part of the grief Jesus feels when someone rejects His love.
And to that I say... wow. I was never in my life able to feel that much emotion - especially for people I don't know. It's a wonder to me.
blessings :)

Believers of what? I never try to convince anyone that God exists. I try to be the best I can be, and I leave others to live and choose the the path they wish to follow Convincing is trying to make others think the way you do, and that is not free well, but judgement. You are saying that they are wrong and you are right and so you need to convince them that they should change.
I believe, in everything good! What do you Believe in?.

My "internal emotional experience" would probably best be described at frustration. Although I don't try to convince people that God exists, I just try to live my life in a way that they will see God living in me.

I have never tried to convince anyone of anything. I try to show compassion towards all people, regardless of what they believe. Who am I to judge others or be frustrated at them for their beliefs? If I am meant to help someone toward my own belief, I will be there at the right time and place in their lives to do so.

People who get emotional are the Agnostic. They have tough time convincing either God exist or he doesn't exist. They get emotional when they try across their ideas
Anyone who has experienced god doesn't spend his time convincing someone who is not clear..

As a Christian my inner soul is sad and I feel I have failed by Lord. I find it hard to fathom how any intelligent person can deny God. His presence in my own life is so powerful that I could not imagine a day without God. I try to put forth the Good News of Jesus and Salvation without turning people to have a deaf ear to the message but to get them to listen because they want to hear the message without being belittled for their present source of strength and comfort.
