Make a Michelada with non-alcoholic beer.

A Michelada is beer with hot sauce, worchestershire sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. The rim of the glass is dipped in a salt and spice mixture (like a margarita). If you want more specifics on how to make it, there's a link below.

Pour in the milk. Add the boiling water and stir. OR for a Cold drinks try these Non-Alcoholic Margarita Things You’ll Need: 1 tsp. coarse salt 3 oz. sweet and sour mix Lime wedge Ice 2 oz. lemon-lime soda Step 1: Pour the coarse salt onto a plate or saucer. Step 2: Moisten the rim of a margarita glass with the lime wedge. Dip the glass into the salt until it coats the rim. Step 3: Fill a margarita glass with ice and pour in the lemon-lime soda, sweet and sour mix and lime juice. Step 4: Garnish with the lime. NON - ALCOHOLIC SANGRIA 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. orange juice 1/2 fresh lemon, sliced 1/2 fresh orange, sliced 1 sm. apple or peach, cut into wedges 4 c. club soda or seltzer water 4 c. grape juice In large pitcher, combine orange juice, sugar, and grape juice. Add cut fruit and stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until cool and add seltzer water or club soda just before serving.

A good drink that comes in a couple of different flavors is "Horchata" and is available, at least out here in CA at most stores.
