Well, being as how God forgives everyone, meeting Hitler would be OK, I guess. Anyway just getting there would be very over-whelming and I wouldn't much care who greeted me.
Now, if the Pearly Gates have swastikas on them, I might be a little worried then.

The one thing I do not think of Hitler is spiritual. He has spirit, but it wasn't the right one - by what he said.
So assuming that God forgives those He said He would forgive, I won't be reacting to your hypothetical.

God will forgive everyone who believes on His Son and the work done on Calvary.
As for your question, it's not for me to judge who is there. Would I be surprised to see him there? Of course, but I have no more right to be there than he does if he came to believe on Christ as his saviour.
There'll be a lot of people in heaven we expect to see that won't be there and a lot of people that will be there that will leave us wondering why, but we have to have faith and trust that God saved them just as He saved us.
Hope that helps.

God forgives those who believe they are sinners and ask for his forgiveness. I'm not sure if Hitler fell into that group or not.

For one to be forgiven, one needs to honestly and sincerely repent and commit that sin no more, and I do not think Hitler would be in that honest and sincere category. Asking for forgiveness out of fear of hell doesn't do it, you have to really mean it.

If we assume God forgives EVERYONE we may as well assume the sky is red the world is flat dogs have six legs etc.
What's the point?
