I would have cited you to court for Careless and Negligent or Reckless Driving. A 500.00 fine and loss of your license for 30 days.

I'm sure you'll have to appear in court. The judge will probably want to hang you. I recommend you move to another state and get a different license before you lose the one you have now.

Your probably going to have to go to court and probably lose your license.
47 over the limit is enough for a reckless driving charge.

If you want to kill yourself, go jump off a bridge, don't endanger other people's lives by driving so fast.

For that type of infraction, you will have to go to court where the judge will impose a fine and probably a suspension of your license.

Read the ticket carefully. It should be on there, or, if not, there should be a place to call.
