GOOD QUESTION!!
What makes anyone think he isn't already here?
What do you expect him to look like? Another good question - white dude with long beard? tall black dude? chinese? why does He have to be a man? Some people think he is George Bush - ha ha!!
So, if we do not know what he is going to look like, how would you identify Him? Or differentiate him from the Devil? BTW - do you think the Devil is coming down as a dude with horns? My guess is he would come down looking like Jesus!!!!!
NOW, THAT's A THOUGHT!

No. The anti-christ will rise first along with the harlot and beast and deceive believers and non believers with miracles and tricks. Jesus showed his Father's miracles then. This time around God won't be giving in a good way when we start getting marked like cattle so man can keep up with us he will be very...spent on his forgiveness and tolerance. No one will see Jesus until all this has happened and Satan ,a.k.a the red dragon also known as the devil is weeded out and imprisoned in the abyss.

No they did not believe Him for the most part, if they could there'd be no reason for Him to have come to reeducate people again...
The True Educator has already come, and pronounced to the Kings and Sovereigns of the earth that they should accept the "Most Great Peace", but since they rejected it we are now at war. Queen Victoria did not accept, or reject it, her kingdom was retained. Abraham Lincoln was the US president at the time of Christ's Day of fulfillment [Return]. Both those rulers freed slaves, and were not in opposition to the Cause of God, even though they did not embrace it either. For that they continued to thrive relative to many other's whose Kingdom's were overthrown.
Today we have "The Lesser Peace" which just means that we won't all die from horrific war before the Great Peace is established.
If you do not believe me, test it for yourself. Baha'u'llah [Glory of God] is the Educator for mankind's coming into maturity, one great sign of which is the steadily increasing equality between men and women - the great women's suffrage movements started the same time as His Coming. Another sign is the age of communication - the first telegraph was sent the very same day His Herald announced His Coming May 23rd 1844, it read: "What hath God wrought?". Yet more is the establishing of the State of Irael, and the return of the Jews to the Holy Land, and the end of the animosity between Jews and Christians, which has been for 2000 years, yet now, suddenly, it is abating.
Look it all up...
So do you believe Him? You can answer your own question for yourself. Is the Thief in the house while the household is asleep? Is the Sun shining behind the clouds of mens eyes? Has He come in the "Glory of the Father" Baha'u'llah [Glory of God] in Arabic, "Glory of the Father" if read in Aramaic... Did He come from the east, as the Rising Sun, being born in Persian, ending up in Acre/Akka the prison city. See Isaiah, he speaks about Acre directly...
"The Ancient Beauty hath consented to be bound with chains that mankind may be released from its bondage, and hath accepted to be made a prisoner within this most mighty Stronghold that the whole world may attain unto true liberty. He hath drained to its dregs the cup of sorrow, that all the peoples of the earth may attain unto abiding joy, and be filled with gladness. This is of the mercy of your Lord, the Compassionate, the Most Merciful. We have accepted to be abased, O believers in the Unity of God, that ye may be exalted, and have suffered manifold afflictions, that ye might prosper and flourish. He Who hath come to build anew the whole world, behold, how they that have joined partners with God have forced Him to dwell within the most desolate of cities!"
(Baha'u'llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha'u'llah, p. 99)
Observe the world's condition, and have much self reflection. Without self-honesty, knowing what's intended, all religion seems a mockery, but knowing the intent, it is profound beyond words.
Christ has Come Again, as the first time(s), without much support, and few who've even heard... Is there any change in God that can be found? Certainly not, God's ways will always be the same.
God bless.

A lot of people believe guys on TV that say they are performing miracles. I think someone that said he was Jesus would garner some followers. It would depend how charismatic and charming he was and if he was a revolutionary fighting a popular fight.

Absolutely not. The original teachings of Jesus would be considered so far left liberal by the standards of Christianity today that the Religious Right would claim all he was preaching to be heresy. Love all regardless of religion, social status, past crimes or beliefs??? That could not be farther from the actuality of today's steadfast christians.

if he came today, some people would not believe Him, like some did not believe while He was here before- however when He does come again, every knee will bow and every tongue confess, that Jesus is Lord to the glory of God the Father- however, for those who chose not to believe, will not have a chance- so bow now!!

If Jesus were born today from a virgin, scientists would poke at her. When He started His ministry, people would want to crucify Him all over again. A world without hate is not a world that mankind desires. It seems people thrive on this.

Oh, I see lot's of people dressed up as Jesus on the street.
How would I know it's the true Jesus anyway?
I don't. So I won't believe him until he proves himself to me.

Nope. Most Christians would claim he was a false prophet primarily because he would look too Jewish, and wouldn't fit their model of what he looked like.
He would be an outcast, seriously.
