Someone quoted the watchtower putting women below men, but if I recall my Bible right, God took the rib from Adam and created Eve so that "she was neither below him as a servant nor above him as a master, but equal in all things and decisions." So whom ever (male) seems to think us the weaker sex, try bearing a Child or two and see how superior you are.

The bible dose not teach that men are superior, women are just to be in submission, G-D (commanded) men to love their wife's as Christ loves the church and to be faithful. Submission dose not mean you get to lord over your wife it just means that men have the final say in a marriage as head of the wife. In the biginning women and men were equal in every way but because of sin by Adam and Eve things changed.

Superior doesn't mean "better". It means "above".
Sorta like the superior vena cava is at the *top* of the heart,
Men run about 6" or 8" taller than women. That is the *definition* of being superior.
That's one of the problems with believing every word of the Bible and nothing else. You really *do* need a dictionary....

It doesn't say the man is superior , it speaks of man as being head of his wife. That wives are to be in subjection to their husbands.

No where does the bible teaches that men are greater than women. Nowhere. You can't take liberties trying to read out of it what ever you want, to support your anti-God views.

Because that is the role of the woman. Men are superior to women physically, usually, and that's part of genetics, not gender typing. Women are the caring, loving, child-rearing, household maintaining people. We are the ultimate multi-taskers. That is the role God gave us. (No, I don't think that women should not work outside the home.) I also think that if men had to give birth, the human race would die out.
