First off, I must have a formal and monogamous relationship with them..... if I have it, it means that I know the guy, trust him and feel that he really does care for me and that he's not taking me as a one night stand or a woman to have fun with and then dump. They must respect me and have feelings for me as I do for them, and not have those prejudices of "how many others have you slept with??" or think that a woman is less worthy only because they weren't "the first man in their lives". If they understand that sex is an integral part of a relationship and not a meaningless means of pleasure, and that it doesn't make people more or less valuable, then I will open up and be intimate with them.

Why would a man choose to sleep with a woman? You might come up with some of the same reasons.

A wrong reason - she may be trying to trap a man. Entice him with sex, get pregnant, trap the guy. I don't know anyone stupid enough to do this but I've heard it happens.

Another reason - because she's horny. She may just want sex. She may be looking to get off and her vibrator just isn't cutting it.

Another reason - alcohol. A few drinks and feeling lonely is a reason a girl might choose to sleep with someone. Just looking for a connection, a warm body to hold. She might well wish she hadn't afterward.

Another reason is she may not be able to say no. Sounds ridiculous, but occasionally there may be a time when a girl feels trapped (not threatened) but just not knowing how to say no and figuring the easiest way to get rid of a guy is to just give him what he wants, then he'll go away. This can backfire, it may make him think that she really likes him and then he won't leave her alone.

Then there is lust, of course, possibly paired with curiosity. Women do search for good lovers, always keeping our eyes open for that guy who is going to make us WANT to scream (without direction). She may see a guy who she thinks is attractive and want to see him naked, touch his body, feel his muscles, see if he's got something special in his pants, and see if he knows how to use that something special.

Then there is love. A woman may sleep with a man for the emotional connection involved, it may make her feel loved. I have read that the intimacy of sex is what makes men feel most loved, so she may also be trying to show him that she loves him, to make him happy.

Good luck!

At this point in my life, I will only sleep with someone I love or with someone I have a serious monogamous relationship. I'm done sowing my wild oats.

Yeah, I agree that sex is for married people only. We single folks aren't suppose to be enjoying sex yet. Just marry her!
