I have seen some very offensive remarks made by Atheists. I saw a lady who gave a very good answer (not me) and she got 15 thumbs up. I don't remember what the question was but I was impressed that she got 15 thumbs up. The asker chose the most offensive, mocking, hateful,spiteful, mean, remark made by an Atheist. The asker didn't let on that they were an Atheist. The Christians were set up! I have never seen a hateful remark made by a Christian! Try being nice yourself. There are no points lost for a thumbs down but maybe if they did take points away there would be fewer hateful answers. Have a Good day!

Personally, I don't hate atheists... But I'm sure some people do. Its the never-ending hatemail battle!

I do not hate you! I am a christian and I get so many thumbs down that I can believe it! I have had many offensive hateful emails from different Atheists for no reason. God is spelled with a capital G & Christian is spelled with a capital C & I always have had the respect to spell Atheist with a capital A. No one forces either one of to this site.
Please respect us for having our beliefs if you want to be respected for your non-belief. Respect is a two way street. I won't say God bless you but I will say Peace be with You. I hope that isn't offensive.

I don't hate. Hate is so very ugly and a waste of time. My friend, you have every right to believe or not believe in anything and everything. I respect your choice, I am a child of God and I believe in His Word. I feel just as you do. I don't like to get thumbs down or called silly meaningless names for my beliefs. Why would someone who doesn't believe in religion, and since you don't have a soul or spirit, you don't believe in spiritualism, be in this section? Yes, to bash and troll, that's it. No reason except immaturity. Your parents should moniter your computer time, and if you're actually physically an adult you might try therapy.
As for mature atheists, I've never seen anyone say anything rude to a mature atheist about their not believing. The only rude responses are to the extremely rude and insulting questions from trolls and bashers like this one.

Thumbs down is an appropriate voicing of opinion. Rude or offensive email is unacceptable in this format, I'm a proud Christian but I stand next to you on this.

Sorry, I don't hate you. I believe that many Christians have the same arguement about many atheists on this board. Just because you might respect us, not all atheists do. Don't take thumbs down so personally. Not everybody has to like your answer.

I don't hate you any more than I hate anyone else. Do you realize how religious you are being by posting "God doesn't exist" like a robot? You are 'faithful' to your cause - hence Holy ( dedicated) to the thinking that you are going to die?
What life do you have? What are your interests? Do you have anything that you like to do other than wasting time?

I do respect you , because I find you jews [ like any individuals who are being abused] can be MORE respectful toward others even more than my "own kind" since they are uneducated because they do not know about abuse. I think you should just stay strong and what you really need to do is form your own "alliences" for support and shelter in times of oppression i.e "Two heads are better than one"!
