Whats causing the tender pains in my legs and arms?

is it due to the colder weather, is it growing pains (even though im in my early twenties) or is it to do with me eating more to try put more weight on?

Maybe you have fibromyalgia?

my guess is it could possibly be fibromyalgia also. If the pain/achiness is constant, you need to see a doctor. They will rule out different ailments, such as arthritis, lupus, etc.
