there are products that are for lcd and plasma screens out there, and I use Nexxtech for my LCD tv and LCD computer monitor. You also need to use a non abrasive cloth like what you would use for a pair of glasses so it doesn't scratch. And do not use windex or standard household glass cleaner, because the display is not glass and it can ruin the screen.

There are screen cleaners on the market for TV screens. Monster make a kit. The cloth you use should be an E-cloth or a microfibre cloth.
