If you look on the back of the bottle, it will tell you the calories found in each soda. Both diet coke(source 1) and coke zero(source 2) have one calorie.
Fanta zero Orange(source 3) has 2 calories.
Club soda (source 4) has no calories....but also no taste. It's the sugar and sugar substitutes that add the calories.

All fizzy drinks have calories, the diet/zero ones just dont have sugar in them. So the calories are lowered because most of the calories are made by the sugar. So... there is no drink with no calories, but the ones that are diet / zero dont have as much. Only proberbly about 2 calories per can!!! So just stick with Fanta Zero!!!

I would suggest water! Most people don't drink enough water. Most people are also carrying around a few more pounds than they would be if they did drink enough water. Eight 8-ounce glasses amount to about two quarts of water. This is okay for the average person, but if you're overweight, you should drink another eight ounces for every 25 pounds of excess weight you carry. You should also up this if you live in a hot climate or exercise very intensely. It increases your metabolism, so you cant go wrong with the old clear stuff! Drinking milk isn't actually as bad as you may think, just try and stick to skimmed! Orange juice and fizzy is your downfall, fruit juice is very high in sugar and if our bodies don't need the sugar we store it for use at a later date. Hope this helps :)

no calories--1 option--WATER! Good old spring water. YOU say "fizzy". Yes seltzer water is fizzy, a carbonated water beverage. You can add a squeeze of lemon, of orange, even any other fruit. You also ask about Diet Fanta, how about a plain seltzer water, thats carbonated water, with a splash of orange juice!or other juice. I do that for a treat once in awhile, orange or cranberry, whatever. Stay away from the diets, they have artificial sugars, sweeteners, not good for you. Trying to prove they cuse cancer. Stick with natural things.

fizzy water.
even diet coke and coke zero, whilst both sugar free, will have calories, but obviously a lot less than full sugar versions.
coke zero, diet coke, diet pepsi, pepsi max, fanta z, lilt z or light are all sugar free.

Calories in all diet drinks are pretty negligible and they are all stated on the back of the can or bottle.
