Hmm.
Well, since I believe that the one true God is everywhere at all times, then I'd have to say "yes" that He's ALSO at the center of my soul.
Rejoice in the Word of God, and rejoice in the covenant of the New Testament for the salvation of the eternal soul thru Jesus, Son of the one true God.

No. I believe that God is the centre of the universe. The souls
are more like satellites, moving in circles around Him.

God can be connected with by many means, the center of ones soul might work since it is a very direct route, but if your soul is not very pure, you might have to use the soul of a spiritual leader to help connect you.
