theres a lot of great games coming out this X-Mas for the PS3 and next year looks even better,agree or disagree?.

Absolutely, some of the best games in the next 6 months are slated as a multi-platform or PS3 exclusive and most of them are PS3 exclusives.
Some awesome games coming to the PS3, Uncharted, Killzone 2, MGS4, Socom, Eye of Judgment (even looks good), Ratchet & Clank, Haze, Kane & Lynch, Eight Days, Little Big Planet, and The Agency.
Most of these are slated within the next 6 months, and almost all of these are exclusives, so I didn't put the multi-platform games on this list, save for one or two.

Yes, I do think so. The game authors will write programs for the machines that are in the market place. The XBox has been in the market for a while, games have been available for a while. Big surprise!
My position is still the same though, the Wii is a toy. Parents buy toys for their children. If one toy is cheaper, then the cheaper toy will be purchased. It does not even support hi-def. Nintendo said that it chose not to add high definition support as there weren't enough televisions of that type in peoples homes. Huh?????? Not many in the kids bedrooms sure, but not in homes. Actually, Nintendo knew that the market would be for children and price was the key...not value.

There are a bunch of great coming out this holiday season. Even though I was very skeptical about the 40 gig PS3, apparently its doing REALLY well out in Europe. It's about to arrive in the States.
I'm excited as hell!

More than 300 games are coming (check n4g.com or ign.com). PS3 follows PS2 steps - poor sales in the beginning, after PS2 had gained it's momentum.

I think so, 6 people at my work have dumped 360 and gotten PS3's. Thats saying something.
