I have been dieting for about a month now, and I have just started my third week of Slim in 6. The workouts have been very exruciating and I feel very sorry, and I have been doing well as sticking to my diet. BUT, I am really not noticing a difference. Shouldn't I be seeing some results by now?

By not sticking to the diet, what do you mean? If you're not following it all, you might not see results. If you're on the flex plan recalculate your points and write down everything you eat during the day. You may also be overeating after exercising. It's a trap to think "oh I worked out really hard today, I can eat whatever I want." (I've fallen for that too, so if that's what is, you're not alone.)

And if you're not eating your exercise points, eat half of the ones you earned (only on the same day you earned them). I hit a plateau, and my leader suggested that I eat some of my activity points. He said my body was probably just trying to survive because I was loosing weight and exercising a ton.

Just remember to follow the program, it's not an exact science, but if you're not seeing results, you should follow it exactly.

The problem with weight watchers is that they still allow you to eat some foods and drink some drinks that are a no-no for weight loss. Foods and drinks that contain aspartame or sugar substitutes can be just as bad as real sugar in some instances.

Here is the number one, guaranteed slim in 6 (from experience):

Eat all of your daily allowance of carbs in the morning, as this will spike your metabolism and give you time throughout the day to burn off all of your sugar.

DO NOT EAT SUGAR SUBSTITUTES for any reason at any time. As a matter of fact, don't eat anything that is not found naturally on this planet. If it has a word you can't pronounce in the ingredients, don't eat it.

The more work that goes into making a food, the worse it is for you. Eating fruits, veggies, hard boiled eggs, oat meal, grilled fish, etc... is the best way to go. These are simple foods that have had limited processing. Easy for the body to break down and use.

DO NOT EAT 4 to 5 hours before you go to bed. The body burns less calories while sleeping. This extra allotment of time allows the body to burn some extra calories before your metabolism slows down for the night.

If excersize is incorporated into your diet, try working out in the morning right when you get up.

Avoid caffiene. Drink as much water as you can stand! I made myself a checklist with 12 boxes per day on it and tried to cross them all off before I went to bed each night.

Set your alarm on your phone or leave notes around your house/office to remind you when to eat and drink water. This ensures that you don't "forget" and end up gorging later because your body is hugry/thirsty.

Hope this helped!

Well first of all Everyones body is diff. I have done weight watchers and i usually see imidiate results.. But after a few weeks I slow right down. I have also used slim in 6. They were more of a booster for me When I got use to the weight watchers i used them to boose my energy and keep me motivated.I Loved it. But I never really saw any results. But with the weight watchers you have to be careful if you are a women you tend to pick a weight and stay at it even tho you arent doing it on purpose. eventually your body will over come that weight and then you will shoot down alot in one week. Now my body would loose one week.. then not loose any LBS but loose size.. So i guess like i said it depends on your body. My fiancee has done it with me and he just seems to loose loose loose... but he is a man and its diff for them. But if you find you are at a stand still no matter what you do. Then cut out one food group. Like one week try NO dairy. next week no pasta/breads. Then butters or oils. And eventually you will find what you body dont liek you to have. I also find that if you use the I cant beleive its not butter spray there are no points and ITs yummy >. .STick with it i know you will do good. *hugz* and good luck

are you just going by your weight or are you also noticing no change in your size? you could be losing inches and not weight. try on a smaller size and see if it fits.
