i have a very natural diet. pasta, fresh homemade tomatoe sauce and salsa, homemade breads with natural ingrediants, lots of fruits and veggies. and some meats. but not alot of fatty foods, i love whole milk because i need the extra fat in my diet when i switch to 2% i dont feel like i have as much energy, but so many people say its bad for you because of the higher fat content. does it realy depend on the rest of your diet?

Oh absolutley! If you have a relatively low fat diet then the extra fat that you would consume in whole milk wouldn't be that bad for you. Since you don't eat much fats at all then whole milk would porbably be a good choice for you. Your body does need some fats to function properly.
Good Luck!

I have been drinking 2% or skim milk for over 30 years. When I drink whole milk it tastes funny to me. In my opinion, Milk is milk and in any content is needed. Milk and milk products have the highest percentage of calcium and we know how important that is. I never heard of not having as much energy with 2% as with whole. It seems that you eat a pretty balanced diet adding milk in any form only makes you healthier. If you think it is bad for you, ask your doctor or research milk and fat content and any downsides it might have.

HEY Curvy, i can`t stand lowfat milk. They say lowfat is good for you, but if you don`t like what you gonna do? Hey if you are eating right, whole milk will be good for you, cause you need some fat in your diet. Catch you later.
