i only eat when im hungry and that causes me to eat too little calories.
im so tired of people telling me thats unhealthy and i need to eat more because my body will go into starvation mode.
i drink plenty of water and i workout.
what else can i do to lose 10-15 lbs??

LOL no sweetie. im not anorexic because i DO eat, just not enough. i get full easily. if you're a RN then wouldn't you know what anorexic is?? im not afraid of food.

Are you sure you are not getting enough calories? "Enough" by what standard?

As long as you are not starving yourself, that's called anorexia and is seriously unhealthy, there is nothing wrong with eating only enough to satisfy your hunger. The difference between the two is the "satisfying" part. As long as you don't cut yourself off early, staying hungry, then you're body will adapt just fine. Assuming you are healthy to begin with.

I can see ur point people do that to me to. Just make sure u are at least eating three small meals a day. And About loseing 10-15 pounds u should do some kind of aerobics, or hip hop abs i lost 2 pound in 40 minutes and im 5'7" and i weigh 130 pounds so it works real good

Definitely the tortia chips and salsa. If it were goat cheese and thin crackers, you would still need to use a knife just to apply the cheese. While, the salad, you would still have to put all those condiments on it. Tortia chips and salsa would be the lazy way but since it's night, it would be easier for you because you might break things when you're sleepy.

Your fine! Keep doing your thing! Trust me at the end of the day you will be beautiful! People did the same to me when I was 12,its sucks, nobody knew how bad I knew I was gorgeous,then I lost the wieght and now they envy me!

you sound anorexic, you also sound defensive and in total denial...you need professional help.
drinking water is good, working out without fueling your body is not good.
but since you are in denial very little anyone tells you that is factual is going to be accepted by you so I will go no further.
