Who knows how many times that he has been here in different forms? Read an interesting novel - Joshua by Joseph Girzone. My thoughts are that God has sent a lot of people here in many forms to try to help us. Moses, Abraham, Buddha, Dali Lama, Mohamed, etc. They give people the right path and then leave to let us screw things up. And we do - royally.
