I use Vista on my desktop but I need to copy things for use on an Apple. The Apple is used for editing video for my public access TV show. Any ideas how to copy fiels over? I especially need charts from Excel 2007.

Right-click the chart, picture, or clip art, then choose "copy." Paste it into a graphics editing program (from Photoshop, the GIMP, or even MS Paint), then resave it as a png. PNG files can be opened almost anywhere and do not suffer quality loss. Try it.

If you have a Mac application that supports the Open Document Format (ODF), save the document in that format. If not, consider exporting the documents as an image format (JPEG, TIFF, BMP, SVG, EPS, PDF, etc..).
