strep throat?

I've had strep throat for 3 days now, I started on antibiotics yesterday evening. Before the anibiotics I was taking motrin and tylenol back to back to keep the fever down, but today I woke up with throbbing pain in the left side of my head...(feels like it's in my brain?!#) why this pain?

Could be a reaction to the medication but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
