I'd rephrase it thusly: all things material and physical shall pass away, and so the body does age and die... but... that's not the whole story... I know there is a soul with a potential to survive even after the body is gone. So, physically, yes on the way to physcial death. I also believe this is a transient state of the human beings on earth right now. Eventually physical death will be overcome and fusion/translation will occur in its place. But that's pretty far off in the future developments of the human race's progression.

i do...it's called getting older...we all have to die someday and most people die from old age, getting older...you get older from the day you are conceived
