Given that the weight was 1.27 +/- .03, the minimum allowable weight would be: 1.24.
Therefore, 1.225 would not be allowed.

You are good from 1.24 to 1.30
I.225 is out of range.
A more interesting question is: Would 1.235 be within the range? To that I would answer YES. Since the precision is to three significant figures. 1.235 would round to 1.24 . Therefore be in specification.
