Your spelling is too weak to be writing an announcement.

Please get someone else to help you with the writing, then you can tell them the actual words that you want in the announcement.

You don't say what your are going to announce. But one suggestion would be to check your spelling. It's awful.

My advice would be to employ spell check at first opportunity.

what sort of announcement, and spell check is an excellent start to anything.
